Alex is one of ten businesses to be selected for the second year of the Crafted Mentoring Programme – an Arts & Business and Walpole initiative which matches craft businesses with leaders from the luxury sector. Alex is being mentored by Bill Amberg in 2011.

Cove Park
In 2006 Alex was awarded the first Silversmithing Residency at Cove Park – this proved to be the inspirational setting for the beginnings of her glass and silver collections. Cove Park is an International Centre for the arts and creative industries in Scotland. www.covepark.org

The Goldsmiths’ Company
The Goldsmiths’ Company is one of the 12 Great Livery Companies of The City of London, and actively promotes contemporary silversmithing through its annual exhibition programmes and the Who’s Who website.
